Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS)
As a Positive Behavior Intervention Support lead at my school, we developed school-wide initiatives and outcomes aligned with our school's mission and vision as well as our student's rights and responsibilities (SRR).
This included developing an advisory lesson for students, infographics for teachers, visual aids for students around the building, and the development of a school-wide gaming related initiative to support positive behavior.

General Education Expectations
|
General education teachers are mandated members of an IEP team however getting general education teachers to attend IEP meetings with their busy schedules can be difficult.
In my role as a Special Education Department Chair, I created these two documents to explain the "why" behind having general education teachers at a meeting and how they can be active participants. |

Social Stories
The first set of pictures are the planning/storyboarding and then the final story completed by me. The intent is that the planning sheets can be used by a team to complete the full images and social story but for this client, I completed the whole project. Farther down are pictures of quick simple social stories created for other clients.
